"Calico Copper leads the way, telling a story about self-worth. 'I wrote "Lowlands" about a person who always tried to make me feel small, like I was never doing enough and should feel lucky to have them. I think we've all felt that in relationships, jobs, or with our families. So I wanted it to ignite a fire under people to ask... what makes this other person so great in the first place? Chances are, it's you!'

After launching with their single 'Run for Your Life,' Beasto Blanco returns with the deeply personal track 'Lowlands.' 'Lowlands is us getting back to our roots,' says Chuck Garric. 'But what we really wanted to explore is a different facet of our sound.' Lowlands is a hybrid of swampy roots-based rock'n'roll with a dirty electronic feel. Chris Harms did an amazing job creating this powerful anthem for us."
